Quality control team:
1. Raw materials shall be inspected first. If they are not qualified, we will return them.
2. When the raw materials are qualified, they will be put into production. In the production process, we will carry out spot check on the products and timely adjust and modify the errors. After the production of the whole batch of goods is completed, we will conduct a spot check and inspection again. If the qualified rate is less than 95%, we will rework and modify it again.
3. After three times of inspection, we will pack the goods and put them into storage.
Quality inspector is the key personnel of enterprise quality management. Through effective quality control and management, enterprises can improve product quality, win the trust of customers, and obtain better market competitiveness.
Production team:
1. The production department and the general manager of the company have confirmed the product requirements and the delivery date of the customer and started the raw material processing
2. The director of the production factory urges and guides the cutting workers to cut the raw materials and ensure the accuracy of the cutting size.
3. After the cutting work is completed, the director of the production factory shall guide the workers in the production workshop to reprocess and cooperate with the inspection and acceptance of the quality inspection department. Rework in time if unqualified
4. After the production of all goods is completed, cooperate with the quality inspection department to check and accept again. After the qualified rate reaches 95%, the factory director is responsible for arranging the workers to pack the goods into the warehouse.
The factory director is responsible for arranging the production organization, schedule coordination and quality supervision of all the products in each workshop. Production personnel should be in strict accordance with the process requirements for processing, and good product quality. The factory director is the first person responsible for product quality. The production department is responsible for the arrangement of product packaging and handling of the whole product packaging process. The quality inspector, the director of the production factory and the relevant personnel of the delivery office shall supervise and inspect the whole process. No quality problems are allowed.
