Inspection Of Slate Appearance Quality

1. Color tone of the pattern Place the qualified board and the inspected board on the ground, and stand 1.5m away from the board for visual inspection.

2. Artificial chiseling marks Place the board flat on the ground, and visually inspect it 1.5m away from the board.

3. The number of color lines measures the number of color lines.

4. Chipped corners and chipped edges Measure the length, width and height of defects with vernier calipers; visually check the number of chipped corners.

5. Steps Use a vernier caliper to measure the height of the steps, and measure the maximum value as the height of the steps.

6. Cracks Visible cracks are determined by visual inspection, and hidden cracks are determined by hammering (that is, hitting the plate with a metal hammer, and distinguishing whether there are cracks through sound, usually hoarse).

7. Stains Use a vernier caliper to measure the size of the stains, and visually measure the number of stains.
