The color of this type of tile is relatively single, basically the whole body is the same color. The firing temperature of wear-resistant bricks is relatively high, and the tiles are integrally formed. The design and color are mainly embossed and concave-convex, without glaze. It is usually used in large-area halls such as shopping malls, supermarkets, and hotels.

Specifications include 300*300 sanitary ware and 400*400, 500*500, 600*600, etc. Because this type of brick has strong wear resistance and high hardness, the brick body is relatively brittle and has a high breakage rate. Therefore, except for special customization, the commonly used specifications sold on the market are smaller.

The wear resistance grade is divided into the following ten grades according to the Mohs hardness grade:

Grade 1 talc, grade 2 gypsum, grade 3 calcite, grade 4 fluorite, grade 5 apatite, grade 6 orthoclase, grade 7 quartz, grade 8 yellowstone, grade 9 corundum, grade 10 diamond

The higher the Mohs hardness level, the higher the wear resistance level and the better the physical properties.
